An item doesn't suit me, can I get a refund?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If an item does not suit you, please follow the following steps to receive a refund.

  • Contact our customer service by email at: contact@custom-airpods.fr
  • Indicate the reason why you wish to be reimbursed.
  • Items must be new in their original packaging.

Your refund request must be made within 14 days of purchasing your items. The refund will be made within 1 to 5 working days to the same account used for payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund request is processed.

I have not received my entire order, is this normal?

It is possible, particularly for stock reasons, that your items are sent separately. In this case, packages may arrive with a delay of a few days. If your packages are still not received within a maximum of 28 days after your order, contact our customer service.

How soon will I receive my order?

Custom Airpods guarantees delivery within 9 to 16 working days (Monday to Friday).
