Parcel Tracking

Do you want to track the shipment of your parcel? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. The package is shipped between 1 and 4 working days (Monday to Friday).

Depending on the products ordered, sending the email may take up to 4 working days. Once you receive the email, simply follow the steps below to track the delivery of your order.

1) Visit the website: https://www.17track.net/fr

2) After opening the page, enter your tracking code. (Provided in the shipping confirmation email)

3) Click on the “Follow” button.

Information to keep in mind:

Package tracking are not updated instantly, it is possible that the synchronization takes several days. If your entered tracking number indicates that it is currently unavailable, don't worry - Your order has been shipped and is in transit to the local post office. The tracking should be updated in the following days.

As a reminder: Depending on the destination, the order may take 8 to 15 working days to be delivered. On average, after a 48 hour shipment, deliveries are delivered in 12 working days.
