Refund
Your satisfaction is important to us. If an item does not suit you, please follow the following steps to receive a refund.
- Contact our customer service by email at: contact@custom-airpods.fr
- Indicate the reason why you would like to be reimbursed.
- Items must be new in their original packaging.
Your refund request must be made within 14 days of purchasing your items. The refund will be made within 1 to 5 working days to the same account used for payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund request is processed.
